BROILED GARLIC TILAPIA WITH HOMEMADE SPICY MAYO AND CHIVE TOPPING

Yum! I was craving a quick, easy, and yummy dinner, and this definitely hit the spot 🙂

Recipe:

1lb wild tilapia
1/2 tsp garlic powder
A dash of organic sea salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp organic extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp organic coconut aminos
Fresh chives (for topping)
Spicy mayo (for topping). Type in “mayonnaise” in the search bar and you’ll find the recipe.

Turn your oven setting to broil.

Slice your tilapia into cubes.

Season your tilapia with remaining ingredients.

Place seasoned tilapia on a baking dish lined with foil paper and place in the pre-heated oven. Broil tilapia for 10-15 minutes, flipping sides half way through.

When ready, layer tilapia with cucumber slices or veggies of choice, and top with my spicy mayo and chives.
