Delivery Policy

Please note that we do not offer pick up services, we only deliver.

All our healthy desserts are handcrafted and shipped from a kitchen facility in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We currently deliver to Toronto and some parts of the GTA, however, some further regions may affect the delivery fees depending on the distance from our kitchen facility. We use a reputable courier service to deliver your desserts to your desired location. You also have the option of choosing the date of your delivery. All orders are delivered before 5 pm on the selected date.

Please note that some delivery dates may be unavailable due to the amount of orders we received to be delivered for that date.

Please note that your order should arrive before 5:00 pm by our Courier on the date selected. We Do NOT leave orders unattended at the front door unless we have specific instructions to do so. If you do leave the order at the front door we are not responsible if it is damaged in any shape or form. There must be someone there to receive it. A signature is required by the recipient before the order is delivered. Please verify all information is correct before checkout.

If there are any delays to your order, we will contact you with the information we have on file. Please note that changes made to your order can also affect the delivery time. We will not guarantee or refund any packages that were damaged or delayed in delivery due to the recipient not being home, left with a third party, or because of other conditions beyond our control. These factors may include, but are not limited to: weather, traffic delays, mechanical errors, or inaccurate shipping information. Please check the accuracy of the delivery address before checkout.

Bulk catering orders of over 30 pieces need to be placed 48 hours before the selected date of delivery. Bulk catering orders of over 60 pieces need to be placed 10 days before the selected date of delivery.

REFUNDS/ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

No refunds are guaranteed after an order has been processed, as all products are baked to order. For bulk orders over 30 pieces, changes or modifications can be honoured  48 hours prior to the selected delivery date.

To cancel an order, please email order@mydigitalkitchen.ca. No refunds are guaranteed after an order has been cancelled.

For bulk catering orders of over 30 pieces, changes or cancellations should be made 48 hours in advance. No changes or cancellations will be granted after this time period, as all products are baked to order.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

On occasion, some desserts listed on our website may be out of stock or on back order due to the supplier or other issues outside of our control. We constantly update our website to ensure that the availability of our desserts are up to date.
