I cannot go a day without having a green smoothie; I feel incomplete, but sometimes it is a little challenging coming up with different and creative recipes daily to spice up our daily smoothies. I always add a protein source to my smoothies because I use it as a meal replacement, and also based on my fitness goals, so all the smoothie recipes I will be posting or have posted so far all contain protein, but feel free to spice it up however you like, and check out for more smoothie recipe ideas.


2 cups organic baby spinach
1 cup mixed strawberries and blueberries (frozen)
A handful of raw almonds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup water
A dash of cinnamon

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Pour in a glass and enjoy!
