Boost your immune system and get your body ready for spring by starting your week with this delicious green smoothie????? I have a green smoothie every single day and I juice twice a week because it’s the easiest way to get my daily serving of veggies, especially since I don’t eat salads often. This smoothie contains:

2 cups organic spinach
2 cups organic kale
1 cup sliced pineapple
1 organic pear
1 organic banana
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp. flaxseed

Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy. Serves 2.
