DECADENT RASPBERRY CHOCOLATE MUGCAKE WITH HOMEMADE NUTELLA TOPPING

Happy friday everyone! Its been a busy and crazy week for me, but i’m glad it’s the weekend because there are so many fun events that are happening, (St. Patricks day, the UFC fights, and the Leafs game), and I will gladly attend and celebrate all of them! Treat yourself and have fun, you only have one life to live 🙂

2 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup fresh organic raspberries
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 organic cage free egg white (or 1 tbsp flaxseed meal)
1 tsp organic pure vanilla extract
1 stevia sachet (or sweetener of choice)
3 tbsp organic raw hemp seeds

Combine all ingredients in food processor until smooth, then pour batter into a medium sized mug or ramekin dish.

Place batter in the microwave for 2-2/12 minutes.
