Why is breakfast my favourite meal of the day? Because I get to have yummy protein mug cakes! And why wouldn’t you? This old time classic that mama used to make is totally guilt free! Try it 🙂


1 small organic mashed banana
1/4 tsp organic apple spice (or cinnamon)
1 scoop gardens life raw vanilla protein powder
1/4 tsp organic pure vanilla extract
Dash of aluminum free organic baking powder
2 organic cage free egg whites
1 Tbsp almond flour

Combine ingredients in a microwave safe mug or ramekin bowl and place in microwave for 2 minutes. Enjoy with toppings of choice. These babies were topped with berries, greek yogurt and cinnamon, wunderlust!
