It’s Friday! And since I had a sudden craving for avocado, I decided to have some, with a little twist 😉
The chickpeas were seasoned with my smokey bear salad dressing, which can be found on my blog! (Type in “dressing” in the search bar and you’ll find it). Have a great weekend guys!
Recipe: serves 2
1 can organic garbanzo beans (unsalted)
1 organic avocado (sliced in half with pit removed)
A handful of sun dried tomatoes (diced)
A handful of green peppers (diced)
*1/4 cup smokey bear salad dressing
Drain the extra moisture out of the garbanzo beans and place in a bowl. Toss with remaining ingredients.
Place beans in the avocado pit circle and enjoy!
