SIMPLE CURRY SPICED SALMON AND VEGGIE PLATTER

Hey ya’ll! So the layout of my blog might be a little confusing for some of you right now, but this is due to a few bugs in my posts and I am currently in the process of getting it fixed, so it should go back to its normal layout soon! Sorry for the inconvenience. However, I had to share this yummy dinner I had last night. Sometimes simple meals create the best experiences!

Recipe:

1lb salmon
1/8 tsp curry
1/8 tsp all spice (mrs dash or spices of choice)
A pinch of sea salt
1/2 tsp organic extra virgin olive oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees or turn on your grill.

Mix all spices and olive oil together and spread it evenly on the salmon.

Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes (flipping sides half way through. If you’re using a grill, let it grill for about 10 minutes.

Serve with a side of steamed or fresh vegetables and enjoy your favourite sunday night tv show!

    1. Thanks hun! It definitely was 🙂

  1. Looks so pretty with the blackberries! I love mimosas as an excuse to drink before noon but am not actually a fan of orange juice. Floating a few berries in my champagne and calling it brunch sounds about right to me!

    1. Thanks love! Mimosas fall right after diamonds as being a girls best friend 😉
